Snoop Dogg poses with UNC players in Raleigh, N.C.

Rappers and college basketball players seem to go together like bees and honey, peas and carrots, gin and juice, and on Saturday, North Carolina basketball players got their chance to be in the spotlight with one of the world's foremost rappers, Snoop Dogg.

Snoop Dogg performed a free concert in Raleigh, N.C., courtesy of EA Sports. It's unclear when the players got together with the Doggfather, but Snoop Dogg's tweet, which contained the picture, was sent sometime Saturday.

The picture feature North Carolina basketball players (from left) John Henson, Harrison Barnes and Justin Watts. Snoop is wearing a Barnes jersey.

Last month during the NCAA tournament, Kentucky players posed with rapper Jay-Z in their locker room after they punch their ticket to the Final Four.
