Syracuse's Nick Resavy is the latest to shoot a trick shot video

Kyle Singler's trick shot video was such a marketing smash hit for Duke basketball that it was only a matter of time before another elite program attempted something similar.

Enter Syracuse, which last week released this similar video featuring guard Nick Resavy and former Orange standout Gerry McNamara taking trick shots in the Carrier Dome and Carmelo K. Anthony Center.

Whether it's from the bench, from a few rows deep in the stands or from a courtside exercise bike, several of Resavy's shots appear to be knockoffs of the ones that Singler hit in his video. Others are originals like the 3-pointer that ricochets off a passing net and falls softly through the rim.

Whose array of trick shots is better? Well, they're both good, but my vote goes to ex-Ohio State walk-on Mark Titus. His trick shot mixed tape came out a year earlier, it's snarkier and it's fittingly set to Warrant's '80s-style rock anthem, "Mr. Rainmaker."
